The Yoga of Deep Listening
From Sound to Silence
The Yoga of Deep Listening is a 21-day journey into the contemplative art of coming to the essence of ones presence. In much of today’s world, many of us long to slow down and appreciate the quality of life, yet we are quick to move on to the next thing, constantly seeking whatever the eyes find or the mind imagines. Through the practice of listening, the mind begins to slow and to quiet, the seeking begins to soften, and we discover that what we were searching for has been here all along.
This course explores a progressive approach to deep listening through subtle stages, guiding you from the outer field of sound to the unconditioned peace of silent non-dual presence. Drawing from meditative listening traditions around the world—including Nada Yoga, Sufi Sama, and Christian contemplative prayer, you’ll enter a universal path shaped by awareness, openness, and inner stillness.
Join Jaya for another immersion into the subtle layers of your being as he invites you to trace sound back to the silence from which it arises.
