This holistic 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a deeply immersive experience set on the sacred shores of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala. Held at Casa Floresta, an intimate lakeside sanctuary tucked in a private cove on the lake’s edge, this training invites you to live and breathe your yoga both on and off the mat. Surrounded by volcanoes San Pedro, Tolimán, and Atitlán, and gathered in an open-air Lake Temple among lush jungle and earth-aligned, handcrafted spaces, you’ll explore yoga philosophy, alignment, sequencing, meditation, and holistic living in a setting that inspires stillness, connection, and transformation.
